Nadeeka Rathnayake
Dr Nadeeka Rathnayake is an Environmental Chemistry professional with 10+ years’ experience in environmental investigations in the fields of Environmental Chemistry and Geochemistry and providing recommendations and solutions for government organisations and industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Chemistry from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka, a Master of Science majoring in Environmental Science Specialisation in Water Quality Management from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, The Netherlands and a PhD in Environmental Analytical Chemistry from the Griffith University, Australia. She has worked across Australia and internationally in the wide range of projects in Environmental and Geochemical Investigations. In her current role, Nadeeka contributes to the Environmental Risk Assessment group at Hydrobiology as a Scientist in Environmental Chemistry and Geochemistry.
